Halloween is our favorite time of year at Scribbler, and this month we’re looking for a story that’ll get us into the spooky spirit. Look at the three pictures we’ve chosen and find the one you’re most drawn to. Then write a piece of microfiction inspired by it. After purchasing your submission, submit your scene as a .doc or .docx attachment to contests@goscribbler.com with subject line “Halloween Contest” and please indicate if we have permission to share your submission on our blog. (With the author's permission, we share the winning submission of our contests on our blog 1 to 3 months after the contest closes.)

HOW TO FORMAT:
Submissions must be 500 words or less, double-spaced, and 12 pt. Times New Roman font.
